5 star service and a really useful local business for us. We picked up a used commercial vehicle from Abi, who is an experienced and established auto trader working from a small lot on the outskirts of Sheffield. Really happy with the van we picked up. A new clutch and water pump had been fitted, as well as a timing belt kit. The family really are the heart and soul of this business. They love what they do and are really enthusiastic about all kinds of used vehicles. I wish I could remember names, because Abi's wife and son were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The van came without a V5, we were taken to the post office by Abi's son, while our van was moved out of the lot and were offered refreshments while we sat and did all the paperwork with his lovely wife. They have plans to expand into dealing with motor homes and campervans, as well as redecorating their sales office, which one negative review seemed to solely focus on. Sad really, because they probably missed out on a bargain. One of my worst second hand car experiences (counterfeit suspension fitted, vehicle clocked, unsafe to drive, needed trading standards etc.) came from a well known and well publicised used car showroom. Make no mistake, they are a small, family run business who rely on their reputation, they rely on happy customers. From what I have experienced, they are definitely worth the 5 stars. I've only ever bought used vehicles before. I was expecting some issues, but so far it's been spot on! So, thanks for the van, Abi & family, and good luck with the future. Would 100% buy from you again and will visit again when the other half has done some of the van interior renovations to show you.
